Is developed the vibrodamping anticorrosion mastic «Demphy®» (TU 2332-106-20504464-2005) intended for a vibronoise-insulating and an anticorrosive protection of the internal surfaces of all-metal bodies of passenger cars, electric trains, hand cars and locomotives in conditions of the car-repair enterprises of the JSCo «RZD». The composition of the developed mastic is based on use of the high-melting oil bitumen combined with petropolymeric pitches, and is plasticized by the butadiene-styrene thermoplastic elastomer, petrolatum and the resin greasing containing inhibitors of corrosion. The being formed polymeric coating based on the «Demphy®» mastic 1,0–2,0 mm thick in a temperature
interval a –50 – +60 °C and the frequency range of 63-8000 Hz has coefficient of mechanical losses ( ) more than 0,1 conventional units. Term service of such coating is not less than 16 years in accordance with GOST 9.401–91 (method 18).

When manufacturing organoplastic cases, CP-5237 enamel is used in the composition of heat-insulating covering; it ensures the required antistatic properties and deformation behavior but has the following limitations: relatively high specific volume resistance and insufficient moisture resistance.Material’s features mentioned above raised the problem consisting insearching the ways to increase moisture resistance and
antistatic protection. The most universal and manufacturable way of target increase is the application of special additives — superfine powders of various substances. As an additive, increasing moisture resistance and antistatic properties, there was chosen a mixture of superfine zinc powder with two different particle form: spherical and plate-like. Test results revealed that application of superefine zinc additive enables to improve the factors of moisture absorption and electric resistance of CP-5237 enamel.

The modern approach to production disinfection

Reological properties of components of the sprayable polyureaurethane mastic - I. A. Susorov, S. G. Khadzhaeva, I. V. Chalov
The rheological characteristics of components of the two component sprayable polyureaurethane mastic «Forpol®» are investigated: urethane prepolymers «Forpol®-NCO» which contain terminal NCO-groups in amount of 12–21 mass. % and hydroxylamine hardener «Forpol®-NH2OH» in temperature range 20–70 °С. It was shown that viscosity of the components in question in examined temperature range depends on shear rate and subordinates to Frenkel–Andrade equation. Equations for fluxion of prepolymers and hardener are obtained, activation energies for viscous
fluxion are calculated. It is established that activation energies and preexponential multiplier in equation for fluxion of the urethane prepolymers are grow as a content of NCO-groups in these prepolymers rises. Optimum temperature modes of heating of components are recommended when laying the sprayable mastic «Forpol®-Oil».

Stabilization of viscous properties isocyanate pre-polymers during storage - I. A. Susorov, S.G. Khadzhayev, I.V. Chalov
For stabilization of a viscosity during storage of the urethane prepolymers with terminal NCO-groups it is suggested to introduce as additives the fatty carboxylic acids such as oleic acid. Their influence on viscosity changing of NCO-prepolymers during the time is investigated. Are obtained the kinetic curves which characterize the curing process of such prepolymers by aminohydroxylic hardener. It is detected that the fatty acid additives act as inhibitor in intramolecular reactions of the allophanate and biuret generation during the storage at medium temperatures. But in curing processes of NCO-prepolymers that are proceeding at a high temperatures the fatty acids acts as a catalyst of urethane and urea generation.

Emeraldin salts of polyaniline were synthesized with using of polyphosphonic acids as dopants. The influence of the nature of the doping agent to the laws of the oxidative polymerization of aniline were investigated as well as pigment properties of the resulting products. The influence of core pigments with a shell of polyaniline (PANI) on the properties of waterdispersed materials and coatings was shown.
Shown the influence of core pigments with shell of PANI on the rheological properties of materials and their minimum film-forming temperature was established. Was shown that the highest hardness had coating containing a pigment with a core of kaolin and shell phosphate
polyaniline (FPANi). A best elastic deformation property was observed for coatings containing about 0.1 wt%. core pigment based kaolin and
FPANi. Was established that coatings containing core pigments on the basis of FPANi had higher anticorrosion properties than coatings
pigmented strontium chromate.

In JSC «KRONOS SPb» was developed the composition named «Clear» (TU 2388-146-20504464-2011) for loosening and removing polyurea and polyurethane coatings. This composition is based on gelled organic solvents N,N-dimethylformamide and methylene chloride and design for removing defective local area from thick layer (up to 4 mm) of anticorrosion polyurea and polyurethane sprayable coatings that are used in a processes of a factory and trass covering of metallic main and field oil-, gas and by-product pipelines with a liquid hydrocarbon medium during construction, reconstruction and overhaul of oil and gas pipeline facilities. Optimized formulation enables to obtain a composition having total solubility parameter S sm=21,9±1,1 (MJ/m3)0,5 close to the solubility parameter of polyurethane and polyurea.

Stabilization of modified silicone emulsion in water by ethylene oxide nonionic surfactants - N. V. Sautina, M. V. Yezhov, D. R. Taramasova,

The product «MS-1» based on the liquid oligomeric mixture of modified silicone was synthesized by recycling the silicone rubber. The composition of the emulsion was determined by the method of the gas chromatography-mass spectrometric study. We found the effective stabilizers (emulsifiers) for this emulsion — ethoxylated alkyphenols with ethoxylating degree equal to 8. Developed and successfully implemented in the production of silicone formulation of acrylic water-dispersion paints for different applications.

Study of the properties of epoxy coatings filled with encapsulated by polyaniline pigments and fillers - V. G. Kurbatov, M. N. Kotelina, K. A. Savina,

The influence of pigments and fillers, encapsulated polyaniline (PANI), the properties of epoxy coatings was studied. Shown that the introduction of such pigments results in a slight decrease in the glass transition temperature coatings. Established that anticorrosion properties of epoxy coatings, pigments and fillers filled, encapsulated PANI superior to the protective properties of the coatings, pigmented strontium chromate.

In this article, we present experimental results of depend contact angle of wetting and surface tension on formula uncured composition of protective-decorative coating based on nanodispersed hydrosilicate potassium and latex (dispersion acrylic-methacrylic ester polymer).
Work of adhesion, cohesion and wetter, coefficient of wetting and spreading have been rated.
