1973-1978 studied in D.Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia, majored in "Chemical technology of paints, varnishes and coatings". In 1995-2000 got second higher education in the field of Finances and Banks in the Department of Economics of D.Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia.

After graduating from the University worked at the Research Institute of Paint Industry in the development department, then in science department. Participated in the development of materials with high solids content for the enterprize "AvtoVAZ" (automobiles production). Developed formulations of enamels such as "metallic" for motorbikes, did synthesis of acrylic resins, and developed paints using new raw materials. By the number submitted copyright certificates was chosen "the best young inventor" in 1986. In 1989 was invited to work in the Association " Lakokraska " (former "Soyuzkraska"), where she worked for seven years as senior specialist in varnishes and resins. In 1996, on the request of the founders took the post of Director General of the publishing house "Paint -Media"that published trade journal "Lakokrasochnye materialy i ikh primenenie" (Russian Coatings Journal) and since then became the all-tme leader of the editorial team and the Editor-in-Chief. During her work in the publishing house Olga has published more than 200 articles of her own, has developed a new editorial policy with a clear focus on the target groups and launched a new magazine for coatings consumers - "Industrial Coating".

Experience and personal achievements: consulting Russian and foreign companies in the organization manufacturing plants in Russia; consultancy in raw material supply; consultancy in engineering; help in the searching foreign partners and investors for Russian paint manufacturers.
