Education:

1973-1978 years. Chemical Technological University after . D.I. Mendeleev . Specialty " Chemical technology of paints, varnishes and coatings"

1995-2000 years. Department of Economics of Chemical Technological University after D.I. Mendeleev in "Finance and credit" to the award of qualifications in economics.

After graduating from the University worked at the Research Institute of  Paint Industry at first at  project , and then in science department.  Participated in the development of materials with high solids for AvtoVAZ , enamels such as " metallic" for motorbikes, synthesis of acrylic resins, and some paints using new raw materials.

By the number submitted copyright certificates were named as " the best young inventor" 1986

In 1989 he was invited to work in the Association " Lakokraska " ( former " Soyuzkraska " division of USSR Ministry of Chemical Industry ) , where she worked for seven years as a senior specialist in varnishes and resins , and then Assistant General Manager.

In 1996, at the request of the founders took the post of Director General of the publishing house " Paint -Media " produced the only industry business magazine " LKM I ikh primenenie" (Russia Coatings Journal) , where he works now .

During her work in  the publishing house Olga has published more than 200 articles , has developed a new editorial policy with a clear focus on the target groups and lounch a new magazine for coatings consumers - " Industrial Coating " .

Experience and personal achievement:

- consultancy Russian and foreign companies in the organization manufacturing plants  in Russia

- consultancy in raw material supply

- consultancy in engineering

- help  in the searching foreign partners and investors for Russian paint manufacturers

With the direct participation of the Olga Andrutskaya  there were published more than 12 scientific and technical books , organized the exhibition "Technologies of Industrial Painting" annual conferences . In 2008 organized and successfully held the first business congress for coatings producers.
